CTY Group manages accommodation for tourists and expats, with unique locations in Leiden. Commissioned by DsignMarking, a brand architecture for the complete group had to be delivered that breaks down the different unique packages and develop a naming system for the existing locations.

The different services can be broken down in CTY Hotels, CTY Shortstay and CTY Living (semi-permanent living). The hotels are all located in unique, renowned buildings across the city center. First location to be developed under the new monolitic brand system is CTY Books, housed in a former bookshop at Nieuwe Rijn.
Other locations are the former Saint Anthony Clubhouse at Lange Mare; the former ‘Doelen’ at Rapenburg; and the short-stay with a unique entrance gate at Nieuwe Rijn, subsequently called CTY Saint; CTY Archery; and CTY Gate.
